Agricultural Chattel Valuation | Annual Conference

This course is designed to provide specialized training and recognition for valuators and loan officers who place values on agricultural personal property. The classroom portion is a combination of PowerPoint presentations, class discussions, and work problems.  Some topics include:

• Evaluation of a dairy farm
• Evlauation of chattel logs
• The chattel valuation report
• Chattel valuation of processing facilities
