This is a one-time seminar offered by the Texas Chapter of the American Society of Rural Appraisers and Farm Managers.   ASFMRA recognizes this seminar as 12.0 hours of Continuing Education.  The seminar is pending approval in Texas, Olkahoma, Colorado and New Mexico for 12.0 hours of Appraiser Continuing Education (ACE).  The schedule is subject to change depending on the speakers.
